How does SAI handle ITAR-controlled and EAR-controlled scenarios?

As a German company operating under EU jurisdiction, SAI does not perform activities subject to U.S. ITAR or EAR control directly. For engagements where U.S.-origin controlled technology is in scope, work is structured through appropriate partners, jurisdictional routing, and contracting vehicles.
