Partner engagement requirements and delivery posture for defence, security, and dual-use technology programmes in regulated and security-sensitive environments.
We seek to engage a consortium lead, framework partner, or prime contractor with the organisational scale, financial capacity, and demonstrable delivery track record required to support defence, security, and dual-use technology programmes within regulated and security-sensitive operational environments. Preference will be given to organisations with proven execution experience across NATO, European Union, and Member State capability development and innovation programmes, including governance and compliance assurance, consortium and stakeholder coordination, and management of complex acquisition, procurement, and contractual frameworks.
SAI contributes operationally informed domain expertise, secure-by-design digital architecture, programme orchestration, and integrated delivery management capabilities. Our contribution includes development of mission-oriented, operator-centric platforms and workflows designed for operationally critical, security-sensitive, and mission-essential environments.
We seek collaboration with partners possessing established competencies in enterprise-scale acquisition and procurement ecosystems, systems integration, collaborative capability delivery, and lifecycle management of interoperable digital capabilities aligned with NATO, EU, and Member State operational requirements.
